国际机票难以改动
业内人士表示，对于国内机票加注更详细的中文说明，可以由民航部门牵头，组织各大航空公司更改票面设置，加注更多的中文说明。不过，国际机票加注中文说明的可能性不大，即使加了效力也不大，因为国际航线不单是涉及到国内航空公司和机场，还涉及到国外的航空公司和机场，即使国内航空公司加注了中文信息，传输到国外的机场也无法辨识，如果旅客中途需要在国外机场转机的话会更复杂。

音乐创作跟其它艺术有些不一样,文学方面,一部小说写出来,创作已经完成了；戏剧方面,只有个剧本还不够,还要演,这是二度创作。音乐呢?除了这个二度创作外,还有一个三度创作,就是听众如何来欣赏和理解这个作品,就是说听众也要投入到这个创作中间去,这样,一部音乐作品的创作过程才算全部完成。
音乐怎样表现外部世界?比方如何讲述大海,这里可以举个典型的例子来说明。

主要的音乐形象在绝大多数情况下都会多次出现在乐曲中,它一般都有它的表现特征,有的表现在旋律上,有的则在节奏上,有的是和声的序列或和弦的展开,有的还会通过某种特性的乐器表现出来。在交响乐中,引子以后一般就要出现这个音乐形象,它或原样地重复或改头换面地重复,当经历一个较大的演变过程后,往往要进入原样重复的阶段,在最后的结尾部分,这个形象还会多次进行闪现。在欣赏交响乐时,注意辨认这些形象,把握它的情绪特征,对音乐的理解也就非常容易了。

为理想而献身

Fayetteville, NC – October 6, 2009 - The Army’s Army, comprised of over 1,000 citizens and businesses that have pledged their moral, physical and spiritual support to soldiers, is pleased to announce the opening of its new office and the hiring of a new director, Stacy Strauss. The consistent growth and success of the organization has led to the establishment of a physical Army’s Army office, headquartered at Ray Avenue in Fayetteville, across from Festival Park. The office will serve as a meeting location and place for volunteers and other community members to visit for information.

I have found in my almost four years as a parent of a military child that sometimes a lie is better than the truth. I had fought for so long trying to explain to my daughter why daddy had to leave so often and stay away for so long. I understood that it was his job, a duty that he had accepted many years ago and one he is more than proud to honor. However, when children are left behind and are not old enough to understand keeping a commitment no matter what the cost; What do you tell them? I know I never want to be the person that has to explain one day to my daughter how great of a dad she HAD and how proud he WOULD be of her. I understand by not telling her where he is really going and why I am going to have a lot more to explain if that day should ever come. So, I am sure many of you think that I am wrong for not coming clean and telling her what is really keeping him away. I find that it is more of a comfort to her to think that Daddy is off saving the world with all of his superhero friends and when he is done with this mission of bad guys, he will return. I never give her the idea to think he will not come back as this is not one I have decided to accept myself. I can offer this idea for any parents out there that are fighting inside themselves what to tell the children; Tell them what you want to tell them. There are some many people and videos that are more than willing to offer up their suggestions to how you should handle this situation. At the end of the day they do not know your child and do not know what is best for them. I say, figure out a way to relate to your child on their level. Use their favorite toys and shows to come to a conclusion of how to explain this in the most effective way possible. If you chose to tell them the complete truth then do so and if you choose to tell them enough to make them understand how long a parent or parents will be gone then do so. No one should be able to criticize or critique a situation of this magnitude. Suggestions are always great, but I am a firm believer that no matter how much education you have with children the parents are the only ones who know and understand their children.

World’s First "Soldiers' Sanctuary Community" for Soldiers
Fayetteville, N.C.— September 2, 2008 - The county that declared itself the most patriotic community in America (August 15, 2005), goes one step further by proclaiming it's the world’s first "Sanctuary Community" for soldiers and their families.
On September 5, in a statement of support for the nation’s military men and women, US Congressman Robin Hayes and local dignitaries will declare Cumberland County, NC the “World’s First Sanctuary for Soldiers and Their Families,” at a ‘groundbreaking’ ceremony at the Fayetteville Independent Light Infantry Armory and Museum. Major roads entering the county will be marked by official blue and white “Sanctuary” signage. Within the Sanctuary, soldiers will be eligible for local services ranging from free childcare to job placement for soldiers’ spouses.
Mayor Anthony G. Chavonne says, "Around here, we don't just give lip service to 'support the troops,' we live it every day."
Defending the ethos of the newly established Sanctuary is a 500+ member “Army’s Army” of community volunteers, pledged to “watch over those who watch over us,” i.e. assist military families. Recruited via posters, video, brochures and the Internet (www.armysarmy.com), citizens in this military support group will offer one-on-one services; member businesses will also offer discounts and preferential treatment.
In addition, pro-military badges and bumper stickers have been distributed to citizens, along with a contrasting motivational poster, showing anti-military news headlines (e.g. “Blast Damages Times Square Recruiting Station”) from elsewhere around the nation. Also, a social networking Web site, Fayettevillewantsyou.com, has been created to help connect soldiers considering moving into the “Sanctuary Community” with one-on-one citizen guides able to steer them through the relocation process.
Jim Konneker, commander of the Army’s Army says, “As the ultimate company town for the military, we truly believe our soldiers deserve to have a hometown that treats them like the heroes they truly are.”
The Soldiers’ Sanctuary is spearheaded by Cumberland County community leaders and the Army’s Army. This year, due to federal BRAC (or Base Realignment and Closure) legislation, tens of thousands of military families will be required to move to one of the 11 North Carolina counties closest to Fort Bragg.

Military communities establish plans to deal with BRAC changes

When Congress approved the legislation setting the timetable for the largest base realignment and closure to end in September 2011, local governmental and business officials in the city of Fayetteville, N.C., and the 11 counties surrounding Fort bragg began looking at the future of their communities.
And like hundreds of other communities across the United States, they formed a BRAC Task Force.

The booth will be in the JC Penny’s wing of the mall near the Nail Spa. We need volunteers from 11 am-2 pm and 5 pm-7 pm on Friday; 10 am-12 pm and 3 pm-5 pm on Saturday; and 2 pm-4 pm on Sunday. Those that have the red “Always on Duty” t-shirts are encouraged to wear them.

"Army's Army activated"

An unlikely group of soldiers were sworn into duty on Monday at Festival Park. The group, comprised of retired businessmen, housewives, artists and local politicians gladly stepped up to enlist in a new army — The Army's Army.
Led by Jim Konneker, a retired businessman, the army's mission is pretty straightforward: to "Watch over those who watch over us." The group, formerly known as the local BRAC (Base Realignment and Closure) committee, has its sights set on its new mission: telling the nation about Cumberland County and its people.

Cumberland County won't need an army of propaganda to lure new residents to the area over the next five years.
Base Closure and Realignment is taking care of that. More than 25,000 people are expected to relocate to the Cape Fear region by 2013. Many of them will choose to live in Cumberland County because it is near Fort Bragg.

Mining for inspiration, Kathy Trost sat stretched out, facing them on the back grassy section of Festival Park on Monday. The Glory Days community celebration was in full swing in downtown Fayetteville, but the 36-year-old art teacher with the Cumberland County school system was reflecting on the flags’ significance.

"Soldier gets 'army' of volunteers"

FAYETTEVILLE -- Cumberland County, Fayetteville and neighboring cities are recruiting an army of volunteers to help the thousands of soldiers transferring to Fort Bragg. The program is called the "Army's Army."
It will match city and county residents with soldiers and their families who are looking for information on the community. More than 25,000 soldiers and their families are expected to move into the counties surrounding Fort Bragg over the next 5 years. That’s because the base realignment and closure plan, or the BRAC plan, has called for a number of base changes.

Fayetteville, N.C. — Fayetteville residents and officials did a little celebrating on Memorial Day, hoping to make a merry welcome for the tens of thousands of new residents that base realignment is expected to bring.
The concerns of those new residents was a theme at the city's Glory Days, an eight-year-old Memorial Day tradition at Festival Park.
